Birth Doula Services
Continuous support during labor and birth, including:
Prenatal meetings to discuss your hopes and concerns
On-call availability starting at 38 weeks
Continuous labor support (at home, birth center, or hospital)
Comfort measures, positioning, and advocacy
Immediate postpartum support (first 1-2 hours)
Postpartum follow-up visit
$500-$1,500 sliding scale, depending on package details
I come to your home to provide hands-on care during the day or overnight. This looks different for every family, but typically includes:
Feeding support (breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, combination)
Newborn care education (diapering, bathing, soothing, sleep safety)
Light meal preparation and kitchen cleanup
Sibling care and help with adjustment
Emotional support and postpartum processing
Evidence-based information on infant care and postpartum recovery
Referrals to specialists when needed
Daytime Support: $30/hour
Overnight Support (10pm-6am): $150-$350/night
Package rates available
Whether you're exclusively breastfeeding, pumping, combo feeding, or navigating challenges, I provide education and troubleshooting (note: I am not an IBCLC, but I have basic training and can connect you with lactation consultants when needed).
Support includes:
Latch assessment and positioning help
Supply concerns and pumping guidance
Weaning support
Emotional support around feeding decisions
Included in postpartum doula visits not available as standalone
Every family is different. If you need something specific (help with overnight sleep routines, sibling adjustment support, meal prep only, etc.), let's talk. I'm happy to create a custom arrangement.
Payment plans available. I never want cost to be the reason someone goes without support.

Insurance: Some insurance plans cover doula services. I'm happy to work with you to try to get insurance reimbursement.
